We take that seriously. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it - in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

Just Client Consulting ("Just Client", "we", "us", "our") is a proudly South African custom software and digital transformation company based at 6 Hawk Street, Horizon Park, Roodepoort, 1724. For the purposes of POPIA, Just Client Consulting is the "responsible party" for the personal information collected through www.justclient.co.za (this website) and through our related recruitment and business-development activities.

We only ask for what we genuinely need to help you. Depending on how you interact with us, that may include:
Enquiries & Project Requests
Your name, email address, phone number, company name, and the details of your message or project, submitted through our Contact and enquiry forms.
Careers & CV Submissions
Your name, contact details, CV, and any other information you choose to share with us when expressing interest in joining our team.
Newsletter Sign-Up
Your email address, if you choose to subscribe for insights and updates via the form in our website footer.
We do not currently use cookies, analytics tools, or any other tracking technology on this website. If that changes in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
3. Why We Collect It
We use your information only for the purpose you gave it to us: to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, evaluate your application, or send you the updates you asked for. We rely on your consent when you submit a form, and on our legitimate business interest in responding to people who reach out to us - both recognised lawful grounds for processing under POPIA.
We will never use your information for a purpose that is unrelated to why you gave it to us, without asking you first.
4. How We Protect It
Excellence is one of our core values, and we hold the security of your information to the same standard we hold our code. We restrict access to personal information to the people within Just Client who genuinely need it to do their jobs, and we take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect it against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, and disclosure.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to keep our safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information involved.
5. Who We Share It With
Loyalty and Teamwork guide how we work with everyone around us - including with your data. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, ever. We only share it with:
- The Just Client team members directly involved in responding to your enquiry or application;
- Trusted service providers who help us run our website and email (for example, our hosting and email infrastructure providers), bound to protect your information and use it only to provide that service to us; and
- Anyone we're legally required to share it with, such as a regulator or law enforcement body, if compelled to do so by law.
6. Your Rights Over Your Information
Under POPIA, you have the right to:

Ask us what personal information we hold about you, and request a copy of it.
Correction
Ask us to correct or update any information that is inaccurate or out of date.
Deletion & Objection
Ask us to delete your information, or object to us processing it, where there is no lawful reason for us to continue.
Withdraw Consent
Unsubscribe from our newsletter, or withdraw any consent you've given us, at any time.
Complain
Lodge a complaint with South Africa's Information Regulator if you believe we've handled your information improperly - see contact details below.

7. How Long We Keep It
We keep your information only for as long as we reasonably need it to fulfil the purpose you gave it to us for - for example, for the duration of an enquiry or engagement, or until you unsubscribe from our newsletter - after which we securely delete or anonymise it, unless the law requires us to keep it for longer.
8. Children's Privacy
Our website and services are directed at businesses and working professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and if we become aware that we have, we will delete it promptly.
9. International Visitors
While this policy is written primarily around South Africa's POPIA, we recognise that No Project Too Big extends to caring about every visitor to our site, wherever they're based. If you're accessing our website from the European Union or United Kingdom, you're entitled to equivalent rights over your personal information under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and we'll honour those rights in the same way described above.

As our business and our website evolve, we may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, so you always know where you stand.
